Originally Designed as a replacement for the Pit Shark Push Harness, this harness was beefed up to Spud Inc Standards and is now available to you. It can be used on most belt squat machines for push up variants but you can always set up your own manually or on a cable machine.
As always, whatever you can imagine to use it for, is possible- forwards or backwards sled drags, good mornings, etc. Simple and easy to use.
-Ring to ring measurements approximately 62”
-One size-fits most.
