The Spud, Inc. Micro Mini Band measures 1/4″ wide, 4.5 mm thick and 41″ in length, and offers resistance from 2-15 lbs. This band provides our lowest level of resistance and is perfect for mobility work. Sold individually and in pairs.
Note: This band should not be used as a pull up resistance band, but rather for light mobility work as well as rehab and prehab.
